Background
Shimaji Salon is a lifestyle and grooming column by Shiseido, featuring renowned editor Mr. Shimaji, who shares refined perspectives on culture, fashion, and the art of living. Our team was responsible for creating and updating the website on a weekly basis.
Execution
As project manager, I coordinated between the client, in-house design team, featured talent (Mr. Shimaji), and two freelancers. Every Friday, we conducted on-site interviews and began editing the text the same day. By Tuesday, the writing and photos were finalized and sent to the client for review, with approval typically received by Wednesday night. I then uploaded the content to the client’s inventory database and our website, ensuring a new column was published every Thursday for an entire year.
